How grand! I’m sure you’ll add all sorts of touches, but it is VERY move-in ready and looks perfect. From the pictures, it looks like the floor plan is similar to your current house. Am I right?
It’s similar in that there is an opening to the kitchen from the great room, the fireplace is on the same side of that room and the office and dining room are in generally the same areas, on either side of the foyer. However, things are sort of shifted and the Master is downstairs off of the great room. The upstairs is quite different and has an extra bathroom which will be nice for guests.
